: Some thoughts include all those hotels in Woodland Hills/Tarzana...most under $100 a night. Obviously the nicer hotels in Santa Monica will run you $300 - $500 a night, but a few of the motels there run far less.

I dunno if you are UP for this but we had friends in from out of town LAST Sept., and we considered a number of options: renting a camper to put in our driveway, outfitting a tuffshed, redoing our living room with two fold our couches and Ikea bunkbeds. We ended up doing a combo of a few of the above to accomodate our out-of-town crew. It was a great time--even tho we had close quarters for a few weeks. Much luck and good wishes to ya!
