E:It's a hilariously designed float in a German parade of a characature of Hillary yelling in pain as a little dog named Obama is biting her backside.
The Germans are certainly outsiders to American politics and the whimsical float represents an uninvolved view.
The socialist government dependents who are wrapped up in their political religious drama take their messiahs seriously.
But for those who are on the outside... it just looks silly.
