those "how am I driving"

Did you ever see those signs on a truck?
How am I driving.Report driving to....
and there is an 800 number.
Well, I called one to report someone driving completly
irradict left my phone number,name,and even e-mail address.The guy driving e-mailed me and said he was the owner of the company.And he and his co-workers/employees laugh at this and any reports.
So, it is basically a joke.Dont waste your time
If someone owns a company they can drive on the wrong side of the road,flip you off.
